MCMI is currently soliciting applicants for the position of Program Manager who will be responsible for providing oversight to program staff and ensures program services and agency policies and standards are operational. Program Manager utilizes performance based management to successfully accomplish contract requirements. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring fidelity to program design, rigorous documentation of eligibility standards, services, and outcomes management. Program Manager will work closely with initial enrollment process to ensure eligibility of program applicants and enrollees, supervision of case management and field services, preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, and finally assuring data collection is maintained in the online data management system. Program Manager will work closely collaborative partners and ensure fidelity of program design and elements of performance measures. Attention to detail is an asset, and effective management of program outcomes is key.
Education & Experience
Interested applicants should have a minimum of BA in psychology, social work or related field or equivalent experience. 1-3 years experience in a supervisory position in a non-profit setting, with two years of experience providing case management and other direct services to clients. Ability to multitask, exhibiting appropriate time management skills is an asset. Professional written and verbal skills is a requirement, and effective and appropriate communication skills. Computer literacy, and specific skill set in online data management system. Demonstrate appropriate relationship skills with peers and colleagues, participants and mentors.
MCMI seeks qualified applicants for the position of case manager to work with adults reentering the community from detention. The applicant will have experience working with individuals from a variety of cultures, ethnicities and educational level. Knowledge of issues affecting adults with previous justice system engagement is an essential skill set. Knowledge and experience working with community service providers to expand participant access to additional supportive services, and working with law enforcement/justice representatives in providing information on referred clients.
